A:Yes. If there is a product stock, we will ship within 5 days after depositing.

2.Can we use our own logo and design?
A:Sure ,we can do OEM/ODM.

3.What's lead time?
A:20-30 days for sample order, mass production time is 50-60 days, it depends on order's quantity.

 4.What is your after-sale service when we found a quality issue?
A:We go for a root cause analysis first and then we come up with solutions such as product replacement or further discount.
